Never bought, but know enough people that have. Consensus seems that their prices are fair, while their service is excellent. I have driven by their warehouse in IN numerous times and have resisted the urge to stop in...

Excellent service. Quick shipping. I have bought at least five sets of tires from them over the years.

Additionally, many tire shops will match tirerack if you give them the chance. I've done that before, too.

I can't even count how many times I have ordered from them. Nothing but good things to say. I once had a problem where an offset was incorrect when I was buying closeout rims--they even reimbursed me to have tires dismounted, remounted, and balanced to get things right.

You can't go wrong with Tire Rack--I have been investigating Costco lately for the free tire protection, though. Price is probably less at Costco after you get your internet order mounted/balanced, and you get the tire protection to boot. They did my friend's 4Motion without a hitch, but I wonder if they can handle RFT's on our E9x's......

TireRack is one of the best in the business. In general, their prices are better than most other tire stores and their customer service is outstanding.

I've been buying tires exclusively from them ever since I was stationed in Germany in the 80's and 90's - when they were one of the few places that would ship tires via mail.

Tirerack is the best. Great customer service, very knowledgable sales people - they actually go to the tracks and test the tires themselves. I blew out three tires and bent two wheels going over a railroad track that was missing some ties in my old Mazda. I had just bought the wheels and tires a couple of weeks earlier through tire rack. I called up customer service and explained the situation, and they gave me an awesome price on replacements just because of the unfortunate situation.

And, I've always found them to have the lowest price for any particular tire.

TireRack has the best prices and their recommended installers have always been great. Last time I ordered my tires on a Thursday, and the installer had them by Friday at 11 am. I had them put on that afternoon.

I've used them for my tires (several times), my GF's tires, my mom's/dad's/brother's, etc. etc. You won't be disappointed.

Yes I bought tires from them. No surprise at customs and fees.

And they are a sponsor of this site, if I am not mistaken.

I have received excellent service from Tire rack. The only reason I don't use them now is that I found a top notch local tire dealer whose prices are lower when the BMWCCA discount is factored in.

I've bought two sets of Yokohamas from TR over the past 5 years. Very easy to do business with, and their prices are fair. Just have them ship directly to wherever is going to install your tires.
