First I inserted my 1.5" 45* elbow into the airbox

Then i used 8" of 1.5" to go out from the 45* to the 22.5* Elbow.

Then I used 6.5" of 1.5" vrom the elbow to The 2"-1.5" Reducer

I had to cut the black inner fender to fit the pipe and remove the black plastic piece that goes from the inner fender to the engine. i used 9" of 2" to go from the reducer through the fender to my 2" 45* elbow.

then i used 11" of 2" to go from the lower 45* tp the upper 2" 45* at the underside of the top of the fender. i then joined the 45* to a 2" 90* elbow with 1.5" of 2" pipe.

Then i Cut a hole in the top of the fender with a 2.5" hole saw. i ran about 3" of 2" pipe from my 90* under the fender through the hole and attached the 2" Rubber Coupler to the piece sticking through.

Then i used 13" of 2" pipe for the stack from the rubber coupler up.

I then used another 2" 90* elbow at the top of the stack facing backwards. i took a 2" long peice of 2" pipe and cut it at a 60* angle and put it in the end of the 90*.

the last thing i did was used a heat gun to bend the right plastic side panel to let the pipe come through. i just heated it up and bend it around a beer bottle and quickly ran cold water over it to make it stay in place.

here is the finished project.

once i got all the pipe in place i marked the joints and took it all apart and sanded the ends of the pipes down and glued it all together. i also rerouted all my vent lines to the light pod and cleaned and sealed my pull start housing.
