Seal-puller or just a flathead screwdriver , and just pry it out

I have a screw driver with a hook on the end.. Works great. Also have a seal puller. Both work great for it.

Shaft works better usually

i usually take a small flat screwdriver and punch a hole in the metal ring of the seal and pry from there. u have to be carefull if u pry against the case u could break the the edge of the case ring

Pry on the outer metal ring not the rubber seal

I use a pick. Poke a hole in the middle of the seal. They have different picks with different ends that work. Dont gouge any of the metal surfaces cuz you will possibly have a leak.
