I run a T4 Procircuit without a programmer and have no issues...I tends to get a little rich up higher in the RPM range but nothing bad

I run an HMF Utility on my 08 with no PC3 or programmer and it runs fine. It popped a little before I put the quiet core in, but with it in it rarely if ever backfires... Hope this helps.

Alright thanks everyone and does the full system hmf help any or is it better to stick with the slip on

the full system will give you a little more power than the slip on. the full system is $250 more than the slip on and the only difference is you get the front header pipe with the full system. with the slip on system you get the muffler and the rear header pipe. 250 bucks isnt worth the one extra pipe to me so i went with the slip on setup. and i do not have a programmer on mine and it seems to run fine.
