Well my cousin blew one to shreds on his terex. Was just sitting there idling and smoke started pouring out the snorkel. Went to limp it back to the truck and boom! It broke. What is this I hear about dayco replacing them for 15 bucks?

If you read the back of the sleeve that the belt came in, it gives instructions on how to get a replacement belt. You have to ship the damaged belt back with the sleeve. And I think there is a little form on the back that you need to fill out, I think it asks what exactly happened when the belt failed.
