A arm or ball joint?

Are ball joints as likely to wear out along with the a arm bearings or does one go before the other? My upper a arm bearings are clearly shot, but I can see a little wiggle in the ball joint as well. I'm thinking a little wiggle should be there as long as there is no vertical or lateral movement. I'd hate to tear it up twice but I'm not big on fixing things that aren't broke either. BTW I'll be going with the polymer bushings vs the bearing assembly, any feedback? Thanks in advance.

I thought my upper ball joints were bad (or at least one side) so ordered new ones...and new poly bushings for the a-arms...as long as I had them I started tearing the one ball joint out (left side) 1/4 way into it I realized there was no problem or play in it....but it was too late cuz some damage was already done. I'm guessing ball joints don't fail as nearly as bad as the a-arm bushings.

IF you need a set of Kujo upper bushings..I have a spare set here (long story). I'll give you a deal if interested

i had a bad wobble at around 30mph and i know the upper a arm bushing are bad and i notice some play in the ball joints so i relpace all 4 joints and that stoped the wobble

My bushings started getting loose at about 500 miles, I installed grease zerks and replaced them at about 900 miles. I now have over 2400 miles on it and still have the oem ball joints...and they are still good. So, for me, they don't go bad together.

I am interested. I was going to order from him, but if you have a set that you cant use then I can take them off your hands. Let me ask you this though, he said that the first few batches ran large and people needed to grind them down. Id rather not deal with that if you know what I mean. PM me
