Went riding in the river the other day and while I was riding it started cutting out and when I shut it off it took forever to get it to start back up. Took it home and now it wont start at all. I pulled the plugs and it is not getting any spark. Im not sure where to go go from here? Im not sure if something could have got wet and that could be the problem or what. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Check all electrical (di-electric grease) connections, including CDI, fuses, coils, etc.. Start there and hopefully ya solve the prob.

Definitely sounds like the electrics got wet. Hopefully the coils didn't fry. As swampthing said, use dielectric grease on every connection point you can find. Squeeze some in your spark plug boots too.

I already put di electric grease on every electric connection and spark plug boots before this happened. if i did that could it still be an electric problem, or is there something else i should be looking for?

Are you sure you don't have spark? You probably have water in the bowls of your carbs.

How much of that greas can you put in the boots

Really, you're just trying to seal the electrical connection. 1/4 of the way down the sparkplug.
