Well I have a lrd exhaust and I love the sound but hate the way its built, the 3 Allen bolts holding the muffler on some how manage to strip there way out, its only a 2 months old and bought brand new, I have tried just about everything to fix it, lrd wont replace it, wish I would have saved my money and bought a big gun full exhaust

That sucks man. You can't tap it out and put a better bolt in it.

you can get them out easy take your time and put the tip of vise grips on the bolt and turn very very close they will come out

Somebody else had this problem not too long ago.... I suggested stainless pop-rivets, dunno if it was you or somebody else, but anyways I would try the rivets. Insert them once and forget about them till its time to repack the canister and then simply drill them out and do what you gotta do and install new rivets. I figure if you find some that fit the existing holes tight or maybe drill the holes out a tiny bit so you can get the right ones then you shouldnt experience any more probs... just my .02
