ok so i wrecked my 10' brute and completely tore it down and put it back together to put a new frame on, now that its back together my right wheel leans out at the top pretty bad and the ball joints seem perfectly fine, everything on the right front has been replaced (used) and it all seems fine, any ideas?

Have you tried to adjust your tie rod? Mark where it is now and try adjusting it. If it doesn't fix your problem you can move it back to where it was. It should fix your problem as long as you don't have something bent.

Did you also put new a-frames on that new frame? Might need to check the caster angle. If its less then the book says, the lower a-frame might be bent back. That makes the top lean out like it has positive camber. Measure the distance between the lower balljoint cap nut to the outside of the lower rear mount bolt on both sides. If the side that is leaning is less then the other side...its bent.

I'd imagine you have already checked but if you havnt is there any chance your wheel bearing got messed up through all this?...simple thing to check.
