Here is an excel spreadsheet that I made up with all the combination's that I know are possible but not all are readily used. The ones highlighted are the builds marketed by different builders.

Let me know if you see something not right

I'm cooking with grease in a black skillet now the sausage gonna be ready any minute and eggs were done about 30 minutes ago.

Nice chart, so looks like 840's are actually 839's.

so the most i can get with just a bore job is 649cc

This chart has you at 855 with 93mm pistons and keeping crank and stroke the same. Realistically I would think a 90mm piston was as big as you can go and that puts you at 801. Builders would know how big and still hold the head gasket.

yea but i would have to use the 750 jugs and heads
